Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz Deli ham or turkey
  • 8 oz Cream cheese pack
  • 1 jar Pickle spears
  • 1 Red bell pepper
  • 1 English cucumber
  • 1 bunch Green onion

Instructions
 

  • Slice pickle spears, red bell pepper, English cucumber, and green onion into thin strips. Set aside.
  • Lay a slice of deli meat on a flat surface.
  • Spread 1-2 tbsp of cream cheese evenly over the slice.
  • Lay any desired combination of vegetables in the center of the ham slice and roll up.
  • Slice into equal parts. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
