Ingredients
- 16 oz Deli ham or turkey
- 8 oz Cream cheese pack
- 1 jar Pickle spears
- 1 Red bell pepper
- 1 English cucumber
- 1 bunch Green onion
Instructions
- Slice pickle spears, red bell pepper, English cucumber, and green onion into thin strips. Set aside.
- Lay a slice of deli meat on a flat surface.
- Spread 1-2 tbsp of cream cheese evenly over the slice.
- Lay any desired combination of vegetables in the center of the ham slice and roll up.
- Slice into equal parts. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
