Quit Smoking Resource Guide
The Quit Smoking Resource guide offers a high-level overview of Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) options. Providers can use this as a discussion tool with patients interested in quitting smoking.
The front side provides a quick comparison of NRT options, and the back has simple guides for using the different NRT options.

Quit Smoking Medication Card
The Quit Smoking Medication Card can be used to supplement the Resource Guide. This card provides a high-level overview of tobacco cessation prescription medication options, and highlights the Michigan Tobacco Quitline. Providers can use this as a discussion tool with patients interested in quitting smoking.
The card can be used as a flat card, or folded in half to form a booklet.
